If These Walls Could Sing

This short post is to recommend the film “If These Walls Could Sing” by Mary McCartney. Ms. McCartney has done what is, in my opinion, a great film centered around Abbey Road Studios in London England. It is not a documentary in the literal sense, but that is not particularly important because the film generates a lot of emotional response to the stories of artists who worked in this storied facility. You may see musician’s stories of people of whom you have not heard, but also interviews with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Jimmy Page and Elton John. I think it is incredibly worthwhile and is available right now on Disney Plus. If you are not a Disney Plus member, you could always join for a month and then terminate the membership if you do not find anything else worthwhile on the channel, or because you really dislike Disney. That’s up to you, but no musician worth his or her salt should miss this film.
